If the result is subsequently corrected with the result that a different person is elected, this is announced in the same way.
The decisive factor for the start of the one-week period pursuant to Art. 47 para. 1 GLKrWG, during which the elected person(s) can declare that they will not accept the election, is
- the time of publication on the municipality's homepage.
- the time of the attack in the municipal administration
After expiry of the one-week period, the election is deemed to have been accepted.
The same applies in the event of a subsequent correction. In this
case, the date on which the correction is announced is decisive for the start of the one-week period.
