Conditions of participation
The organiser of the competitions on Visit Kitzingen's own Facebook and Instagram fan pages is the tourist information office in Kitzingen. On Stadt Kitzingen Facebook and Instagram is the city of Kitzingen.
Who can take part?
The minimum age for participation in our competitions is 18 years. All persons resident in Germany may participate. Employees of the Kitzingen Tourist Information Centre, the town marketing association and the town of Kitzingen, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participating in the competition.
How long does the competition last and when does it end?
Information about the duration and end of the competition can be found in the respective competition entry.
How are the winners determined?
The winners are usually selected at random by drawing lots. Any deviations from this procedure will be indicated in the respective competition post.
How will the winners be notified?
The winners will be notified by personal message (PN) via Facebook or Instagram, via the comment function within the competition post itself. The tickets can be picked up at the tourist information centre of the city of Kitzingen (Schrannenstraße 1 | 97318 Kitzingen) or deposited at the box office.
Legal information and information on data protection
- By participating in the competition, the participant agrees that his/her name will be published on the Facebook page or Instagram and/or the website of the Kitzingen Tourist Information Centre or the town of Kitzingen if he/she wins.
- The winners' personal data (name, contact details, address, etc.) will be used exclusively for the purpose of organising and running the competition.
- Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment of prizes is not possible.
Facebook and Instagram have no connection with the competitions held on the fan pages of the Kitzingen Tourist Information Office or the town of Kitzingen and are not sponsored, supported or organised by the page owners.
