Our city marketing association works together with the town of Kitzingen throughout the year to organise numerous event highlights, bringing Kitzingen to life. Traditionally, the Kitzingen Spring event kicks off the season with the first Sunday shopping day of the year. From April to October, the StadtSchoppen on the Stadtbalkon invites visitors to relax and enjoy themselves. Following the Main Festival, two special highlights in the calendar year are the Town Festival and the Promenade Wine Festival on the Mainkai. Every year on Assumption Day, our retailers invite you to a day of strolling through Kitzingen. The Martini Market gets you in the mood for autumn, before the Christmas Meeting Place and the atmospheric Christmas market ‘Kitzingen leuchtet’ kick off the festive season.
