Industrial estates

Kitzingen is a centrally located industrial and logistics centre in Europe and is now one of the twelve "top regions" in Germany, characterised in particular by its family friendliness and wide range of leisure activities. The connection to the A3 and A7 motorway junction, the Main as a federal waterway and the direct location on the Würzburg - Nuremberg railway line are perfect conditions for regional and supra-regional commercial settlement.

    The conneKT Technology Park is located directly adjacent to Kitzingen's existing industrial estates. Almost 70 hectares of commercial and industrial land have been created there from a former barracks, which can look back on almost a hundred years of history.   • Kitzingen Industrial Park

    The Kitzingen Industrial Park is centrally located between the economic areas of Frankfurt and Nuremberg, conveniently close to the A3 and A7 motorways. The industrial estate is a long-standing industrial and technology location and can also be reached by public transport. Operation is possible 24/7.

    One component can be used in a variety of ways and consists of 20,000 square metres and a standard column grid, 12 m internal height, WGK foil and 7.5 t/m² floor load. Sustainable design and feel-good character for office and social areas with DGNB Gold Standard certified fittings.
