Looking after their children during the school holidays is often a problem for working parents. Many municipalities have recognised the need for childcare and offer varied programmes during the holidays.
As a rule, you must register your children for a holiday event or reserve a place.

- Your child lives in Kitzingen, Siedlung, Repperndorf, Hoheim, Hohenfeld, Sickershausen or Etwashausen and
- Your child is between the ages of 6 and 15 or
- Your child is between 16 and 21 years old and a student
Costs
Special information for - City of KitzingenCost SummerPASS: 10 €
A cost exemption for the SommerPASS is possible:
- from the 4th child for families with more than three children
- for children with a family pass
- for children of recipients of social welfare and citizen's benefit on presentation of the current notification

Procedure
Special information for - City of KitzingenRegistration for the SommerPASS takes place in 2 steps:
1. Please register yourself and your child or children by the start of the summer holidays at the latest via www.unser-ferienprogramm.de/kitzingen-ferienpass (even if you have already registered for the holiday programme, you must register separately here).
2. Please also send the following, e.g. as a mobile phone photo, to ferienpass-digital@stadt-kitzingen.de- a photo on which the face is clearly recognisable (format: jpg or pdf)
- for children over 15 years of age, proof that they are still a pupil (school ID card or confirmation from the school)
- when applying for cost exemption, proof (notification or family pass)
- a declaration of consent from a parent or legal guardian if applying on behalf of a parent or legal guardian
