Special information for the town of Kitzingen- Guidelines for the municipal funding programme
The aim of the municipal funding programme is to preserve, repair and improve the townscape of the old town of Kitzingen, a section in Etwashausen and the properties in the entire town area that are on the Free State of Bavaria's list of monuments. In particular, the typical urban character that has developed over the years is to be promoted in its creative development through financial incentives. This includes measures that serve to enhance the townscape and improve the residential environment in accordance with the applicable design statutes for their area of application and other public law regulations, in the case of monuments in accordance with the requirements of the authorisation granted under the Monument Protection Act.
- Guideline for the implementation of the Kitzingen city funding programme for the granting of subsidies for the use of renewable energy sources for private residential buildings
The aim of the funding programme of the town of Kitzingen for the granting of subsidies for the use of renewable energy sources for private residential property (hereinafter referred to as the "funding programme for the use of renewable energy sources") is to channel as little energy as possible through the grids in order to relieve them. The aim of the subsidy programme is to create an incentive for intermediate storage so that the energy generated remains at the place where it is consumed.
