Description of the
Once you have registered at a library, you will be issued with a library card either in person or by post. The card enables you to borrow or reserve books and other media, as well as to make use of any other services. You must present your card whenever you borrow items.
The library card is valid for a limited period (e.g. 1 year), so you will need to apply for a renewal if necessary.
Fees may be charged for the use of a local library (e.g. a community library, municipal library or city library).

Procedure
- Please submit the application documents to the library.
- Please pay the usage fee.
- You will then receive your library card either immediately on the spot or by post within a few days.
Notes
You must notify the library immediately if you lose your library card or if there are any changes to your personal details.
