Der Bereich Hochbau ist zuständig für den Bauunterhalt von eigenen und mitverwalteten Gebäuden (z.B. Schulgebäude, Bauhöfe und Dienstgebäude). Zu den Aufgaben können u. a. gehören:
- Expert client representation including budgetary handling
- Contracts for engineering and architectural services
- Building inspection
- Factory planning
- Invitation to tender
- Awarding
- Billing
- Room book
- Building automation (recording of operational systems, definition of maintenance intervals, individual room controls)
- CAD images
- Determination of building data
