Description of the
The Building Construction department is responsible for new construction, remodelling and extension projects for the company's own buildings (e.g. school buildings, building yards and service buildings). Tasks may include, among others
- Expert client representation including budgetary handling
- Contracts for engineering and architectural services
- Building inspection
- Factory planning
- Invitation to tender
- Awarding
- Billing
- Room book
- Building automation (recording of operational systems, definition of maintenance intervals, individual room controls)
- CAD images
- Determination of building data
