Description of the
Authorised parties/landlords, tenants and home seekers can have it confirmed that a flat is no longer considered publicly subsidised.
Housing seekers can also obtain confirmation that the flat is a publicly subsidised flat.
Prerequisites
The competent body must confirm in writing to the authorised person/landlord the date from which the flat is no longer considered to be subsidised. Tenants and home seekers can also request such confirmation if they have a legitimate interest.
At the request of a person seeking accommodation, the competent authority must confirm in writing whether the accommodation they wish to use is newly created publicly subsidised accommodation.
