Application service; support from the municipality

Within the limits of their administrative powers, local authorities shall assist residents in initiating administrative procedures, even if another authority is responsible for carrying them out.

Where applications are to be submitted to the government, the district authority or the district office, local authorities shall also accept such applications and forward them without delay to the relevant authority. Submission of an application to the local authority shall be deemed to be submission to one of these authorities, unless otherwise provided for by federal law. Local authorities shall

make available forms for applications, notifications and reports provided to them by other authorities.
