These must at least reflect the following:
- Date and place of the meeting,
- the names of the councillors present,
- the treated objects,
- the resolutions and
- the result of the vote.
Any member may request that the minutes record how they voted. The minutes must be signed by the chairperson and the secretary and approved by the municipal council.Prerequisites
All residents of the municipality are free to inspect the minutes of public meetings. The same applies to non-residents in respect of their property or business premises within the municipal area.
