    During the citizens' consultation hour, citizens can talk directly to the mayor, mayoress or district administrator and put forward their concerns, questions, suggestions and criticism.

    The appointments usually take place regularly and are published or announced in advance. You may need to make an appointment in advance.

    Special information for the town of Kitzingen
    Every first Monday of the month, from 2.30 pm to 4 pm, our Lord Mayor holds an open consultation hour. You are welcome to drop in at the Town Hall without an appointment. You can arrange an appointment outside these consultation hours at any time in the Lord Mayor’s reception.
