Parents’ Information Evening: New primary school for Kitzingen (opening in 2027)

A new independent primary school is being established in Kitzingen: the Christliche Schule Kitzingen (run by Familienbildungswerk Kitzingen e.V.), scheduled to open in 2027. At the parents’ information evening, we will provide an open insight into the school’s approach – and allow plenty of time for your questions.

What makes the school special is that the children learn independently and in small, clear steps. In the early years, we deliberately avoid using numerical marks and focus on personalised feedback rather than putting pressure on children to perform. Added to this is a values-based community founded on Christian principles – open to families of all faiths and also to families without a religious background. The focus is on appreciation, community and responsibility.

On the evening, you can expect: a presentation of the educational concept, the chance to meet the founding families, time for your questions about the learning approach, everyday school life and pre-enrolment – and a relaxed chat over drinks.
