Detlef Hildebrand has now joined the team as a further deputy court councillor. “Senior Court Councillor” Walter Vierrether is delighted to now have three deputies. Alongside Hildebrand, these are Alexander Nuss (since 2014) and Jürgen Reitmeier (since 2012). As deputy mayor, Vierrether has had an even busier schedule than before since May.
On ‘Bummeltag’, Saturday 15 August, Vierrether celebrated his 39th birthday. ‘Just the right day to install my third deputy.’ Mayor Dr Enis Tiz and TI Director Christina Richard had, of course, been informed in advance. Detlef Hildebrand is, amongst other things, a tour guide, a member of the Häckerbühne theatre group, the Kolping Music Corps, the Deusterkeller e.V. association and a member of the Kellerspiel ensemble. The three Kitzing royal highnesses were also present at the ‘Kandel handover’: Wine Princess Leni from Sickershausen, Gardener Queen Annika and the newly crowned Settlers’ Queen Lilly. Preparations are already underway for next year’s milestone anniversary. “After all, 40 years of the Kitzinger Hofrat must be celebrated in style,” says Vierrether.
