Kitzinger Baugesellschaft mbH was founded on 27 March 1927 to provide the population with affordable housing. Kitzinger Baugesellschaft mbH continues to fulfil this founding purpose to this day with its 561 rental flats, 224 of which are publicly subsidised, 7 commercial units, 276 car parking spaces and 92 garages. In addition to the financial aspects, it is the human aspects that mean so much to people of all ages in completely different life situations: Old with young, foresight and consideration, working together instead of against each other and neighbourhoods that often turn into friendships. Maintaining and expanding our housing stock and improving the quality of housing and the residential environment are for the benefit of the people of Kitzingen. To this end, we are constantly modernising our housing stock and carrying out building maintenance and improvement measures. Over the years and decades, Kitzinger Baugesellschaft mbH has thus developed into an important partner of the regional trades. We are a member of the Verband bayerischer Wohnungsunternehmen e. V. (VdW Bayern) and are therefore always up to date with the latest developments in the industry. In addition, we have a broad network of competent partner companies through the Lower Franconian Housing Association, which we can rely on in all situations.
