THEATRE LAKRITZ ‘Robin Hoon’

There’s been a chill in the air in the henhouse ever since the old farmer’s wife passed away and her sister took over the farm. They’re expected to lay more and more eggs, the cages are getting smaller and smaller, and the feed is becoming increasingly meagre. And woe betide any hen who fails to meet her quota …
But then an unexpected newcomer arrives on the farm. The cheerful little hen knows what it feels like to scratch about in the open air and feel the sun on her feathers. And with a budding longing for change, the hens’ adventurous journey to freedom begins.
A play about standing up for a better world – with heart and egg – and suitable for everyone aged 5 and over.
