The dry spell is continuing, with temperatures of over 30 degrees Celsius still being reported. The risk of forest fires remains acutely high. The town of Kitzingen has therefore extended its general order. The following rules apply until 30 September: no open fires, no cigarettes and no barbecues on public land. The ground is extremely dry.
