From the idea to the opening
The idea for the bike park was conceived in June 2020 by the Kitzingen Youth Advisory Council. With strong support from politicians and the local administration, the project was approved by the town council in early 2022. The implementation was coordinated by the town’s civil engineering department. Following a successful tender process, the company RadQuartier took on the construction work – carrying it out professionally and efficiently, whilst maintaining close contact with the town.

Representatives of the local cycling community were involved in the planning from the very start. Their expertise and passion have played a key role in creating a facility that is both challenging for cyclists and family-friendly. With
three trails of varying difficulty and a pump track, there is something for everyone, from beginners to experienced cyclists. Even the youngest children can enjoy their first few laps here.
Sporty and safe on the road
Three difficulty levels ensure variety and safety. Experienced riders start from a height of around four metres and reach impressive speeds on the most demanding course - always with the right amount of challenge and fun.
