Finding an education and childcare place from home is convenient and saves time, because:
- You can see all day care centres in Kitzingen at a glance
- Use the search criteria to find an education and childcare centre near your home or workplace
- You can pre-register your child with several centres and indicate your priority. Only the centres where you pre-register your child will see your details.
- If you move or make other changes, you can enter your new data in the Parent Portal user account.
- You can view the current status of your pre-registration at any time via your user account. It is not necessary to enquire at the individual facilities.
What steps do you need to take to pre-enrol your child at a childcare centre?
- Choose your daycare centre according to your child's individual needs.
- Select your preferred daycare centre via "Select daycare centre". Please read the profiles of the centres before pre-registering.
- You can start the pre-registration process via the menu item "My selection". After submitting your application, the daycare centres will automatically receive your pre-registration and your child will be placed on the waiting list.
- In your user account, you will receive messages about changes to your pre-registrations. Places are allocated according to the criteria of the childcare centres.
You will receive a place confirmation if a place can be offered to you in the selected daycare centre. It is not necessary for you to enquire at the centres about the status of your pre-registration. If a place is confirmed, you will be informed via your user account and can then conclude a childcare contract with the respective centre.
Please note that you must confirm your booking within 10 days. Otherwise the confirmation will be cancelled automatically. Your place will then be allocated elsewhere.
