Simple and quick: citizens can now contact Kitzingen Town Council to report any damage or dirt in public toilets. Time and again, there are incidents of dirt or even vandalism in the town’s public toilet facilities. Users can now scan a QR code and report their observations, along with a photo. Providing personal details is optional. “We can now react quickly and take remedial action to ensure our toilet facilities are consistently maintained to a high standard,” says Patrick Fischer, Head of Central Building Management. The QR codes are now in place at all public toilet facilities. These are located at the motorhome site, at Bleichwasen, on Armin-Knab-Straße, at the railway station, at the New and Old Cemeteries, at the Rosengarten and on Schrannenstraße.
